The Saturday Academy classes run each week during term time for students aged 4 - 14 years.
Performance classes in dance, drama, musical theatre and singing last for one hour for Junior and Inters Students and 45 minutes for Minis.
We follow the 'Dancing with a Difference' syllabus for our younger students including the Tots and Tinies Mother and Baby classes.
Students have a variety of performance opportunities throughout the year and a whole school showcase at the end of the academic year.
Our staff members are all highly experienced and qualified practitioners who inspire and motive our students. Each member of the team has an enhanced DBS, Safeguarding, First Aid and Covid-Awareness Training. We are committed to the protection and safeguarding of our students.

Stretching and mobility-based sessions to improve functional capacity, better recover and prevention of injury. A low-impact class.
A low-impact, fun-packed, high energy dance class suitable for very beginners or 'Strictly' professionals. Learn authentic Internal dances the fun way.
From beginners to advanced, our tap classes teach essential tap steps and rhythms for fun.
Brought to you by TEMPO fitness, circuit training is a combination class of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Brought to you by TEMPO fitness, HIIT Blast involves high-intensity bursts of work with short rest periods between.
An extreme energy expenditure.
Drama & Singing
An introduction to drama. A place to explore, imagine and express yourself whilst gaining self-confidence and communication skills.
Suitable for all ages and abilities - no experience necessary - we will introduce you to the basic performance tools including improvisation, devising and script work.

An introduction to mindful practices including breathing techniques, growth mindset, guided meditation, tapping, visualisation, yoga and compassion mindfulness.
Dedicated sessions run for the benefit of participants, led by the needs of those in the room on the day, to improve attention and focus, reduce anxiety and stress, promote compassion and self care and create a sense of wellbeing.
These lunchtime sessions are open to all and we ask that you respect the wellbeing of others by keeping their confidence.
Open to anyone over the age of 18 years
These sessions are open to anyone and run for 10 weeks during term time.
A variety of classes are available for adults in dance, fitness, movement and mindfulness. Classes can be purchased on a 5-week loyalty card or you can just drop-in and pay-as-you-go.
