Dance

SEATED SOSA FITNESS

 

An authentic International dance fitness programme with a cross centre approach. The seated class structure and spirit reflect the main SOSA Dance Fitness programme, but includes the added bonus of a chair!

Memory Lane

SINGING

Be entertained - and join in if you like - with some of the old favourites.

Professional singers are invited to sing songs from the past - and maybe some more contemporary ones, just to keep you on your toes!

ARTS AND CRAFTS

Enjoy spending a couple of hours making something beautiful using new skills taught by local artists.

BOOK CLUB

 

It's lovely to sit and read, but so much nicer to read and reflect, sharing thoughts and ideas about a common interest book.

KNIT AND NATTER

 

A coffee morning with a difference.  Bring along your knitting (or needlework or crochet) and have a knit and a natter with your friends.
