Adult Tap covers the fundamental basics in tap dancing looking at technique but also 'having a go' at putting the steps into a routine and really dancing it.

COMING SOON

Adult Ballet and Stretch is a session to strengthen, tone and sculpt your muscles whilst creating a strong core. Using the barre as our foundation, we will work through ballet movements to work through the body moving into the centre for some free work and a gentle stretch session with 15 minutes of relaxation to finish.

No previous experience necessary as we will be starting at the very beginning.
